The Bouse Volunteer Fire District recognize our contribution to the quality of life and safe environment in our community through professional fire suppression services. We meet the challenge of providing these services and actions on our recognized set of values.

Mission Statement

Our Mission, in partnership with the community, is to provide the highest level of life and property safety through Fire Prevention, Fire Suppression, Emergency Medical Services and Public Education, consistent with the prudent utilization of public funds, that promote trust and confidence in the Bouse Volunteer Fire District.

Vision Statement

The Bouse Volunteer Fire District is driven by high performance standards entrenched in integrity, ethics, and professional behaviors guided by the firefighter’s code of ethics. Partnering with the community we serve, we adhere to our mission by endeavoring to improve the quality of life in Bouse. We are committed to providing our community members with fair and impartial service, keeping in mind; our primary objective is to preserve life and property.

Organizational values serve as the foundation for building an effective, efficient, and morally sound fire district. The image of the fire district must reflect, earn and keep the community trust in each and every employee of the district. We are committed to upholding our position of public trust by maintaining the highest ethical standards as set forth in the Code of Professional Conduct for Firefighters and the Firefighter Code of Ethics.

It is developed by creating an environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and constant evaluation of ourselves. The professional is dedicated to quality, timeliness, and excellence in our service to our community.
