Warm Welcomes to Fire Chief Jason Weather

We would like to introduce our new Fire Chief, his name is Jason Weatherford. Chief Weatherford has been in the fire service for several years with the last 15 years in LaPaz County.

He and his wife Amanda have raised their family in Parker. He is currently a Fire Captain for Buckskin Fire, Asst. Fire Chief in Parker, and now our Fire Chief in Bouse.

Chief Weatherford is also a Dive Master and Boat coordinator, IFSACC Certified Fire Instructor, Wildland Resource Officer, Coordinator, Trainer, and Wildland Engine Captain. This sounds like many hats to wear, but he wears them well and has already accomplished many positive changes in Bouse.

We are very excited to have Jason as our new Fire Chief; we know he will provide the very best service to our community and can’t wait to see what else he brings to our great fire district.
